Product identity

The Assaoy Savoy doormat is a hand-made entrance rug measuring 30 by 18 inches with an embroidered Dogs Welcome People Tolerated design. It suits homeowners who want a humorous greeting and effective dirt scraping at front doors, patios or indoor high-traffic areas.

Build integration

The medium-profile construction prevents the mat from catching under swinging doors while the non-slip rubber backing keeps it in place on hard floors. Polypropylene fibres scrape mud and debris from shoes, reducing the amount of dirt carried further into the home.

Upgrade context

This mat replaces worn or plain coir and fabric mats that shed fibres or fade quickly. The embroidered pattern resists fading and the heavy-duty build survives repeated shaking, sweeping or hosing down without deteriorating.

Questions about this item

Will the 30 x 18 inch size still clear the door after months of daily foot traffic?

The medium-profile design keeps the mat low enough that it will not catch under the door when opening and closing, even after extended use.

Does the rubber backing stay flat and quiet when the mat is left outside all day in sun and rain?

The non-slip rubber backing is weather-resistant and designed to keep the rug in place without curling or shifting on patio or entryway surfaces.

What type of floor surface do I need so the rubber backing grips properly?

The non-slip rubber backing works on typical hard floors such as wood, tile, concrete or composite decking found at front doors, patios and garages.
