Questions about this item

How often will the coiled cord on the TM 302 need replacing?

The 7 ft coiled cord is built for heavy CB use; replace it only if the shielding frays or the 4-pin connector pins bend.

What fails first when I key the mic for long transmissions?

The internal amplifier is rated for 4 W output; sustained high-power keying will heat that stage before any other part.
