4-Pack TN229XXL Toner Set

This four-cartridge pack supplies black, cyan, magenta and yellow toner for compatible Brother colour laser printers. It is aimed at home-office and small-business users who want a full colour refill in one purchase.

Drop-in installation with chip

Each cartridge includes a smart chip so the printer recognises it immediately. Installation follows the standard front-access method; the only common issue is forgetting to remove the protective seal before seating the unit.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the TN229XXL cartridges are printing correctly after installation?

Print a test page on your HL-L3220cdw or MFC-L3780cdw; each black cartridge should yield up to 4500 pages and each colour up to 4000 pages, with the installed chip reporting levels accurately.

What comes in the 4-pack and is anything else required to start printing?

The box contains one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow TN229XXL cartridge, each with its chip fitted; no additional parts are needed for the listed Brother models.

Which TN229XXL version should I choose for an HL-L8395cdw — the black or the colour cartridges?

The 4-pack includes both: the black cartridge is rated for up to 4500 pages and each colour cartridge for up to 4000 pages, matching the printer's requirements.
