MacBook Air 15 2023 hard-shell case

The Astro Gaming A2941 is a two-piece plastic hard shell made specifically for the 15-inch MacBook Air released in 2023 with model number A2941. It protects the top and bottom surfaces while adding a non-slip texture that resists fingerprints. The case is intended for owners who want a lightweight, snap-on cover without changing the laptop's profile.

Ventilation and port access constraints

Ventilation holes on the bottom cover allow heat to escape during extended use, but they do not add active cooling. Precise cutouts keep every port and button reachable while the case stays on. Buyers who need a built-in stand, keyboard cover or additional port expansion will not find those features here.

Build quality and daily implications

The high-quality plastic shell uses four rubber feet to grip the desk and prevent wear on the laptop's underside. The snug fit means the case does not shift during typing or transport. Users who prefer a soft-touch finish, a leather sleeve or a completely tool-free removal may want a different style of protection.

Questions about this item

Does the A2941 case come in different colours or finishes?

The listing shows a single floral retro design; no alternative colours or finishes are offered for this model.

Will the bottom ventilation holes keep my MacBook Air 15 cool during heavy workloads?

The cut-outs on the base align with the laptop's own vents, letting hot air escape so the chassis stays closer to normal temperature under load.
