Multi-System Wireless Headset with Base Station

The Astro Gaming A50X wireless headset and Base Station connect to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC simultaneously using LIGHTSPEED wireless and Bluetooth. PLAYSYNC technology lets you tap the on-ear controls to switch between platforms instantly. The Base Station provides magnetic click-in charging so the headset stays powered for all-day sessions.

For Gamers Who Switch Between Consoles and PC

This headset suits players who own multiple platforms and want a single wireless audio solution with seamless switching. Buyers who only use one system, or who prefer a purely wired connection with no docking station, should look at simpler alternatives.

HDMI 2.1 Passthrough at 4K 120 Hz

The Base Station includes HDMI 2.1 passthrough supporting 4K resolution at 120 Hz and 24-bit audio. This single specification determines whether the unit fits your display chain; if your setup does not require HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, the feature adds no benefit.

Questions about this item

Will the HDMI 2.1 passthrough still pass 4K 120 Hz if I keep my older console connected?

The Base Station supports 4K 120 Hz passthrough, so an older console that outputs within that specification will pass through without downgrade.

How can I confirm the 24 bit audio and 48 kHz microphone are active after setup?

Open the G HUB or mobile app; the dashboard shows real-time bit-depth and sample-rate indicators for both headset output and mic uplink.

Does the box include every cable needed for Xbox Series X, PS5 and PC, or must I buy an extra HDMI lead?

The package supplies the Base Station, headset, USB cable and one HDMI 2.1 cable; a second HDMI cable is required only if you connect two consoles simultaneously.
