Model-Specific Protection

This Astro Gaming mCover case fits only the 2024-2025 Acer Chromebook Plus 515 CBE595-2 with a 15.6-inch display. The two-piece shell snaps onto the 14.2 x 9.4 x .8 inch chassis without blocking ports or vents. Shatter-proof polycarbonate shields the lid, base and edges from daily knocks and scratches. The translucent pink finish lets the original design show through.

Snap-On Convenience

The 12.1 oz polycarbonate shell adds 343 g while keeping the 2-in-1 hinge free to rotate. Installation takes seconds and requires no tools or adhesive. The tight tolerance means the case stays put during transport yet lifts off cleanly when you need to clean the laptop. No extra accessories or software are bundled with the case.

Exact-Fit Buyers Only

Owners of the exact 515 CBE595-2 model get full coverage without guesswork. Buyers with any other 11.6, 12, 13, 14 or 15 inch Acer Chromebook or Windows laptop cannot use this case. Shoppers who want a universal sleeve, a ruggedised shell with MIL-STD rating or a keyboard cover should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the polycarbonate shell need replacing after daily classroom use?

The shatter-proof polycarbonate is built to absorb everyday knocks and drops; no scheduled replacement is required unless physical damage occurs.

What stops the case from fitting other 15.6-inch laptops?

Precise cut-outs match the CBE595-2 chassis dimensions of 14.2 x 9.4 x 0.8 inches, so any other model will leave ports or vents misaligned.

Does the snap-on shell trap heat when the Chromebook runs all day?

The two-piece design weighs only 12.1 oz and leaves all factory vents exposed, so airflow and surface temperatures stay the same as without a case.
