Lambskin replacement earpads with noise-isolation foam restore comfort and seal for Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones

  • Lambskin cushions restore comfort with a soft, premium feel
  • Noise-isolation foam creates a tight seal for better bass response
  • Designed specifically for Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones only
  • Quick installation refreshes the headset in minutes
  • Added thickness revives worn pads for a like-new fit

Compatible Headphone Model

These replacement earpads are designed exclusively for the Sony WH-1000XM3 over-ear headphones. They do not fit the WH-1000XM2 or WH-1000XM4 models. Buyers with other headphone versions should look for model-specific alternatives.

Noise Isolation Performance

The lambskin cushions form a tight seal around the ears to improve passive noise isolation and enhance bass response. This seal is the single specification that determines whether the pads restore the headphone's original acoustic signature.

Durability and Installation

The package includes two earpads for a complete refresh of both sides. Installation takes only a few minutes without tools. The added thickness aims to extend comfort during long sessions, though pads will eventually compress with daily use over time.

Questions about this item

How do these lambskin pads change the sound once they are on my WH-1000XM3?

The lambskin surface and added thickness create a tighter seal around the ears, which improves passive noise isolation and gives the bass a fuller, more pronounced presence.

What mounting method do these pads use on the WH-1000XM3?

They snap directly onto the existing mounting rings of the WH-1000XM3, so no tools or adhesives are needed and the swap takes only a few minutes.

Will these pads fit other Sony models such as the WH-1000XM2 or WH-1000XM4?

No — they are shaped specifically for the WH-1000XM3 and will not align with the mounting points on the XM2 or XM4.
