Adjustable jump rope for cardio training

This adjustable jump rope is designed for cardio training and calorie burning at home, school or the gym. The 9.8 ft length can be shortened to suit men, women and children. Memory foam handles reduce hand strain during extended sessions. A ball bearing system delivers smooth, tangle-free rotation.

Suits general fitness users.

The rope suits anyone adding aerobic exercise to their routine, from beginners to regular gym-goers seeking improved agility and coordination. Buyers who need a weighted rope for strength conditioning or a specific cable diameter for competition speed standards should look at other equipment.

2.8 m PVC-coated steel cable with ball bearings

The 2.8 m braided steel cable is coated in PVC for durability and crack resistance. Premium ball bearings inside the handles prevent twisting and ensure a consistent, fast spin. This construction determines the rope's longevity and feel during high-speed skipping.

Questions about this item

Will the 9.8 ft rope clear my existing pull-up bar setup?

The rope extends to 9.8 ft and can be shortened quickly, so you can set it to clear any fixed bar height you already use.

How do I know the ball bearing system is spinning freely after I adjust the length?

Give the handles a quick wrist flick — the PVC-coated wire rope should rotate smoothly without twisting or binding.

Does the box include the memory foam handles and the PVC-coated wire rope, or must I buy the rope separately?

Both the foam-wrapped handles and the braided steel wire rope with PVC coating are included; nothing extra is required.
