Micro-ATX board for LGA 1700 CPUs with DDR4 memory, PCIe 5.0 x16, two M.2 slots, 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6
The ASUS B760M-AYW WIFI D4 II is a microATX motherboard built on the Intel B760 chipset for LGA 1700 processors. It accepts Intel Core 12th, 13th and 14th generation CPUs as well as Pentium Gold and Celeron models. Two DDR4 slots support up to 64 GB of memory with Intel XMP 3.0 profiles. The board includes Wi-Fi 6, Realtek 2.5Gb Ethernet and a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot for modern graphics cards.
This board suits builders who want a compact DDR4 system with current-generation Intel processors and do not need more than two memory slots. It provides two M.2 2280 slots running at PCIe 4.0 x4, four SATA 6 Gbps ports and rear USB 5 Gbps Type-A ports. Users who require four DDR4 slots, more than one full-length PCIe slot or additional rear display outputs should look at larger ATX models.
The single PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot is the specification that determines whether this board fits a build. It delivers the full bandwidth for a modern GPU while the chipset supplies two PCIe 4.0 x1 slots for add-in cards. If a second full-length slot or a different slot layout is needed, this model will not meet that requirement.

| BIOS | 128 Mb Flash ROM, UEFI AMI BIOS |
The board follows the microATX form factor and fits any case that accepts microATX; CPU cooler clearance depends on the case and the LGA 1700 socket keep-out zone.
Insert the 2280 drive into the M.2_1 slot at an angle, press it flat and secure it with the motherboard screw; the missed step is removing the pre-fitted M.2 heatsink sticker before mounting the drive.
The BIOS settings are kept by a socketed coin cell on the board; the 128 Mb UEFI flash can be re-flashed if corrupted, and the three addressable RGB Gen 2 headers can be re-pinned if a pin bends.
