ASUS Dual RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 graphics card

The ASUS Dual RTX 5070 is a graphics card built on the NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU with 12GB of GDDR7 memory. It connects via a PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot and supports multiple monitor configurations. This unit is manufacturer refurbished, tested to be fully functional, and may show slight signs of use.

Gamers and creators upgrading to GDDR7 on PCIe 5.0

This card suits users who want current-generation GDDR7 memory bandwidth on a PCI Express 5.0 platform for gaming or content creation. It is not for buyers who need a brand-new, untouched unit. It is also not for builders whose motherboard lacks a PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot or who require more than 12GB of video memory.

12GB GDDR7 memory capacity

The 12GB GDDR7 frame buffer is the specification that determines whether this model fits the workload. Titles or applications that demand larger VRAM allocations will hit capacity limits on this card. Confirm your software requirements against 12GB before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I install the ASUS Dual RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 into a PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot, and what step is often missed?

Align the card with the PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot, press firmly until the retention latch clicks, then connect the required power cables; the step often missed is securing the rear bracket screw to prevent sag.

What maintenance or replacement will the ASUS Dual RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 need later?

Dust the heatsink and fans every few months with compressed air; the 12GB GDDR7 memory and GPU are not user-serviceable, so no component replacement is expected under normal use.

What limit appears first on the ASUS Dual RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 during sustained heavy workloads?

The 12GB GDDR7 frame buffer fills before the GPU compute saturates, so texture-heavy 4K loads will hit the memory capacity limit first.
