ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Ti STRIX OC 12GB

This ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Ti STRIX OC graphics card delivers 12GB of GDDR6X memory for gaming and creative workloads. The factory overclocked STRIX design targets enthusiasts who want high frame rates at 1440p and 4K resolutions. It connects via a PCIe 4.0 x16 interface and supports multi-monitor setups plus VR applications.

Installation and common issues

The card occupies a standard PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and requires adequate case clearance for its triple-slot cooler. Ensure your power supply provides the necessary PCIe connectors for the factory overclock. A frequent oversight is forgetting to seat the card fully or connect all power cables before closing the case.

12GB GDDR6X memory capacity

The 12GB GDDR6X frame buffer is the specification that determines whether this model fits your workload. It sets the texture and asset ceiling for modern titles at high resolutions. If your applications need more video memory, a 16GB variant would be required instead.
