Ready-to-Game Desktop with Ryzen 7 9800X3D

This ASUS tower ships with Windows 11 Home, a liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, 32GB DDR5 5600 memory, 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 storage and an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT PRIME 16GB GDDR6 OC graphics card. An 850W 80+ Gold power supply and 2.5G Ethernet complete the build. Gaming keyboard and mouse are included.

Suits 1440p and 4K players.

The 16GB GPU frame buffer and single-card design serve high-refresh 1440p and entry 4K gaming, while the 8-core X3D CPU handles simulation titles. Builders who require a second graphics card, more than 16GB video memory or a workstation-class driver stack should consider a different platform.

1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD decides capacity

The single 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 drive sets the out-of-box game library size. Buyers who need more space for large modern titles will have to add secondary storage themselves.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 32 GB DDR5 5600 configuration or look for a 64 GB option?

The system ships with 32 GB DDR5 5600 in two 16 GB modules and the motherboard supports up to 64 GB, so you can add another matched kit later if workloads demand it.

What does the 96 MB L3 cache on the Ryzen 7 9800X3D actually do for gaming?

The large cache keeps more game data on-chip, reducing memory latency and delivering higher frame rates in cache-sensitive titles.

How fast is the 1 TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD in everyday use?

The PCIe 4.0 interface caps sequential throughput around 7 000 MB/s, cutting game load times and Windows boot to a few seconds.
