All-in-one router and speaker

The ASUS Lyra Voice combines an AC2200 tri-band mesh router with a built-in Bluetooth speaker and Amazon Alexa. It delivers whole-home Wi-Fi coverage while handling voice commands and music playback from a single device. The unit suits households that want mesh networking and smart-assistant functions without separate hardware.

Sustained tri-band mesh operation

Three frequency bands at 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz-1 and 5 GHz-2 distribute traffic across the mesh to reduce congestion during continuous use. AiMesh compatibility lets the router work with other ASUS nodes to maintain steady throughput across larger areas. Lifetime AiProtection Pro from Trend Micro runs in the background to block threats without slowing the connection.

App-guided setup with single-port limits

The ASUS Lyra app enables PC-free configuration and ongoing network management from a phone. Only one WAN and one LAN port are provided, so wired expansion requires an external switch. The vertical design measures 2.95 by 10.63 by 2.95 inches and weighs 2.15 lbs, needing a stable surface near a power outlet.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the Lyra Voice produce when it runs 24/7?

The unit draws up to 19V at 2.37A from its external power supply and has no internal fan, so it stays silent and only warm to the touch during continuous operation.

What must I already own to set up and manage the Lyra Voice?

You need a broadband modem with an Ethernet cable for the 10/100/1000M WAN port and a smartphone or tablet running the ASUS Lyra app for PC-free configuration.

Will the Lyra Voice mesh with my older ASUS AiMesh routers?

Yes, the tri-band AC2200 unit is fully compatible with the ASUS AiMesh series, letting you add it to an existing mesh without replacing your current nodes.
