Ready-to-play gaming desktop

The ASUS Prime AP202 White is a pre-built gaming desktop PC powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 16-core processor running at 4.3 GHz. It pairs that CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card holding 16 GB GDDR7 memory. The system includes 64 GB DDR5 RAM across four slots and a 4 TB NVMe SSD, all cooled by a 360 mm liquid cooler and driven by a 1000 W power supply.

Who this suits and who it does not

This desktop targets enthusiasts who want a high-core-count CPU and current-generation GPU in a single tested chassis with liquid cooling and Windows 11 Home. It is not for buyers who need multiple graphics cards, additional internal drive bays beyond the supplied NVMe slot, or a platform that supports memory types other than DDR5.

Deciding specification

The 16 GB GDDR7 frame buffer on the RTX 5080 determines whether this system can hold the texture sets and frame data required by your target resolution and quality preset.

Questions about this item

How is the 360 mm liquid cooler installed in the AP202 case, and what step is often missed?

The cooler arrives pre-mounted to the CPU with the radiator fixed to the case roof; the step users miss is connecting the pump header and the three fan headers to the motherboard before first boot.

What part of the 360 mm liquid cooler will need replacement first?

The three radiator fans are the only moving parts; they typically require replacement before the sealed pump or tubing shows any wear.

Which limit appears first during extended heavy loads on the Ryzen 9 9950X with this 360 mm cooler?

Coolant temperature stabilises near the thermal ceiling of the 360 mm radiator, so the CPU clock speed is the first metric to throttle under sustained all-core work.
