System identity

This ASUS Prime AP202 White desktop pairs an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-core processor with a Radeon RX 9070 graphics card, 64GB DDR5 memory and a 4TB NVMe SSD. It is built for enthusiasts who want a pre-assembled, liquid-cooled Windows 11 machine ready for high-refresh gaming and heavy multitasking. Buyers needing a smaller chassis or a lower-power platform should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom

The 16-core CPU running at 4.3GHz base frequency and 64GB DDR5 across four slots provide ample compute headroom for modern titles, streaming and content creation workloads. The 4TB NVMe drive stores a large game library and project files without immediate expansion. The Radeon RX 9070 with 16GB GDDR6 handles 1440p and entry 4K gaming, though the most demanding ray-traced scenarios at maximum settings will exceed its comfortable frame-rate envelope.

Thermals, noise and power

A 360mm liquid cooler manages the 16-core processor under sustained load, while the 850W power supply feeds the GPU and remaining components with headroom for transient spikes. In typical gaming sessions the cooling loop runs at moderate pump and fan speeds, keeping acoustic output low. Under prolonged all-core workloads the radiator fans ramp up noticeably but remain within expected levels for a system of this performance tier.

Questions about this item

Can I keep using my current SATA III hard drives with the Ryzen 9 9950X3D inside this ASUS Prime AP202 White system?

Yes, the motherboard provides SATA III ports so existing 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA drives will connect and function alongside the 4TB NVMe SSD already installed.

What should I look for to confirm the 360mm liquid cooler and Radeon RX 9070 are operating correctly after first boot?

Enter the BIOS or ASUS monitoring software to verify CPU temperatures stay low under load and the GPU is detected at PCI Express x16 with 16GB GDDR6 shown.

Which components are included in the box and what must I purchase separately to start gaming?

The desktop, power cord, Windows 11 Home licence and Wi-Fi antennas ship inside; you only need to add a monitor, keyboard and mouse.
