128 MB L3 cache and DDR5 headroom

The CPU provides 128 MB of L3 cache and 12 MB of L2 cache on a 120 W TSMC 4 nm Zen 5 die. Memory runs at DDR5 4800 out of the box and scales through EXPO profiles up to DDR5 6400+(OC). Four 288-pin slots accept un-buffered modules with ECC capability. The primary M.2 slot operates at PCIe 5.0 x4 for the fastest drives, while the second runs at PCIe 4.0 x4.

Comprehensive cooling covers the VRM, the primary M.2 slot and the chipset with dedicated heatsinks. Hybrid fan headers and Fan Xpert 2+ software give per-header control.
