ProArt 23.8 inch Full HD IPS

The ASUS ProArt PA249CGV is a 23.8 inch Full HD IPS monitor aimed at creative professionals who need accurate colour reproduction. It covers 100 percent sRGB and 95 percent DCI-P3 with a factory calibration rated Delta E under two. A 144Hz refresh rate and Adaptive Sync support deliver smooth motion for video work and casual gaming alike.

USB-C 96W Power Delivery and daisy-chain limits

The single USB-C port carries DisplayPort Alternate Mode and supplies up to 96W of power to a connected laptop, reducing cable clutter. Video inputs also include one HDMI 2.1 port and a DisplayPort output that enables daisy-chaining a second display. The built-in USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub adds three Type-A ports for peripherals, all running at 5Gbps.

Height pivot swivel tilt stand and VESA 100

The silver stand provides height adjustment, pivot, swivel and tilt so the screen can be positioned for long editing sessions or portrait orientation. A 100 x 100mm VESA mount pattern allows attachment to monitor arms or wall brackets. Integrated 2W stereo speakers handle basic audio, and an ambient light sensor automatically adjusts colour gamut to match surrounding lighting conditions.

Questions about this item

Will the 23.8 inch Full HD panel still look sharp for text and UI work at normal desk distance?

At 23.8 inches the 1920 x 1080 resolution gives a 0.275 mm pixel pitch, which is comparable to standard office monitors and generally crisp for text at typical viewing distances.

Can I connect a laptop over USB-C and also daisy-chain a second display from the same monitor?

The monitor provides one USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode and one DisplayPort output that supports daisy-chaining, so a single cable can carry video, data and up to 96W power while a second screen runs from the DP-out.

Does the stand let me pivot the screen to portrait orientation for code or long documents?

Yes, the stand offers height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustments, and the 100 x 100 mm VESA mount gives additional mounting options if you prefer an arm.
