  • 5-layer foam with gasket-like structure reduces keystroke noise effectively

Compact 65% Magnetic Keyboard

The ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX ABS is a 65% gaming keyboard built around ROG HFX magnetic switches with a POM stem and PC top housing. Actuation distance is adjustable from 0.1mm to 4.0mm. It includes 5-layer sound-absorbing foam, a gasket-like structure, dual USB-C ports and an 8000 Hz polling rate.

Competitive Players Who Need Speed

Suits gamers who want rapid trigger response, speed tap mode and per-key actuation tuning in a compact layout. Not for users who require a dedicated number pad, function row or full-size navigation cluster. Also not for buyers who prefer traditional mechanical switches with fixed actuation points.

8000 Hz Polling Rate

The keyboard reports input at 8000 Hz, lowering latency to 0.125ms for near-instant response in fast-paced titles. This single spec determines whether the board matches the refresh demands of high-frame-rate competitive play.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 65% layout or a full-size board?

The 65% layout keeps all alphanumeric, arrow and navigation keys while removing the numeric pad, saving desk space for mouse movement.

What does the 8000 Hz polling rate do for my games?

It reports keystrokes every .125 ms, so the PC sees each press up to eight times faster than typical boards.

How does the USB-C connection limit performance?

Dual USB-C ports carry the 8000 Hz signal without bottleneck and let you switch between two PCs instantly.
