A right-handed gaming mouse with a 36,000 DPI optical sensor, 79 g weight, tri-mode connectivity and swappable micro switches
Model Wireless
The ASUS ROG Gladius III Wireless AimPoint is a right-handed gaming mouse built around a 36000 DPI ROG AimPoint optical sensor. It supports palm and fingertip grip styles and connects through 2.4 GHz RF, Bluetooth 5.1 or a wired USB 2.0 link. The asymmetric chassis weighs 79 grams and includes six programmable buttons plus a profile button and a pairing button.
Switching between 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.1 and wired modes is handled by a pairing button and the supplied USB dongle with extender. The Push-Fit Switch Socket II lets you replace the two included ROG Micro Switches with other 3-pin mechanical or 5-pin optical switches using the provided switch remover. Paracord cable and PTFE feet reduce drag during wired play.
The mouse requires Windows 10, Windows 11 or macOS 10.11 or later for full software support. Its asymmetric shape only suits right-handed users who prefer palm or fingertip grip. Verify you have a free USB port for the 2.4 GHz dongle or wired charging and that Bluetooth 5.1 is available if you plan to pair up to three devices wirelessly.

Other versions of this model
Open the Armoury Crate software, set the polling rate to 1000 Hz, then run a rapid swipe test; the on-screen readout should report movement speeds up to 650 ips and acceleration peaks of 50 g if the ROG AimPoint sensor is performing to spec.
Included are the mouse, USB dongle, dongle extender, 2 m ROG Paracord cable, four grip tapes, two ROG Micro Switches, a switch remover, a spare PTFE feet set and a sticker; no extra items are required for tri-mode operation.
Use the 2.4 GHz RF link with ROG SpeedNova for the lowest latency and up to 119 hours of battery life; switch to wired USB 2.0 only when charging, and reserve Bluetooth 5.1 for secondary devices.
