ASUS ROG GR701 Gaming Desktop

The ASUS ROG GR701 is a complete gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-core processor running at 4.7GHz. It includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 12GB GDDR7 memory, 128GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 4TB NVMe SSD. A 360mm liquid cooler and 850W power supply support the high-performance components. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Ideal for high-end gaming and heavy multitasking

This system suits players who want 1440p or 4K performance with maximum detail settings and creators who need large memory capacity for video editing or 3D rendering. The 128GB DDR5 configuration leaves no slots free for further expansion. Buyers who plan to add more memory later should consider a platform with higher total capacity or open slots.

128GB DDR5 memory capacity fixed at purchase

The desktop arrives with all four memory slots populated to reach 128GB DDR5. Because every slot is occupied, increasing the RAM later requires removing existing modules. Verify that this capacity matches your long-term workflow before ordering, as no additional memory can be added without replacing the installed kits.

Questions about this item

Will the 360mm liquid cooler need its coolant replaced or the pump serviced later?

The 360mm liquid cooler is a sealed all-in-one unit; it requires no coolant changes or pump servicing for the life of the system.

Under sustained load, will the 850W power supply hit its limit before the CPU or GPU throttle?

The 850W power supply provides ample headroom for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5070, so thermal limits on the CPU or GPU will appear before the PSU reaches its rated capacity.

How loud does the 360mm liquid cooler get when the RTX 5070 runs all day at full load?

The 360mm radiator lets fans spin slowly, keeping noise low even when the RTX 5070 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D sustain heavy workloads for hours.
