Ready-to-play desktop for competitive gamers

The ASUS ROG GR701 arrives assembled, liquid-cooled and tested with Windows 11 Home installed. A 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X3D running at 4.4 GHz pairs with a Radeon RX 9070 XT carrying 16 GB GDDR6, while 64 GB of DDR5 and a 2 TB NVMe drive handle modern workloads without extra setup.

Replaces a self-built tower when integration matters

Swapping a custom parts list for this pre-validated system removes compatibility guesswork and build time. The 360 mm liquid cooler and 850 W supply are already matched to the CPU and GPU, so the performance jump is immediate once the box is opened.

Suits players who want high frame rates without

Buyers who need a smaller footprint, lower power draw or upgradeable graphics beyond the installed card should look elsewhere. The fixed configuration also limits storage expansion to the remaining drive bays.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 360 mm liquid cooler need?

The 360 mm radiator requires a case with a 360 mm mounting location and room for three fans plus tubing clearance.

Does the AM5 socket require a BIOS update before installing the Ryzen 9 9900X3D?

The system ships tested with Windows 11 so the BIOS is already configured for the Ryzen 9 9900X3D.

When should the liquid cooler be replaced?

A sealed 360 mm liquid cooler typically runs for several years; watch for rising CPU temperatures or pump noise as signs it needs service.
