47g Carbon Fiber Esports Mouse

The ASUS ROG Harpe Ace Extreme is a wireless gaming mouse built around a precision-engineered carbon fiber shell that weighs 47 grams. Its shape was co-developed with esports professionals for stability during flicking and tracking. Tri-mode connectivity covers wired USB, 2.4 GHz RF and Bluetooth. The ROG SpeedNova wireless technology delivers low-latency performance with optimized energy efficiency.

Competitive Players Seeking Ultra-Light Wireless

This mouse suits players who prioritize minimal weight and high wireless polling rates up to 8000 Hz. The Corning Gorilla Glass feet and optical micro switches rated for 100-million clicks support fast, consistent movement. Buyers who want more programmable buttons, an ergonomic right-handed hump or a heavier chassis for anchored control should look at other designs.

42000 DPI AimPoint Pro Optical Sensor

The ROG AimPoint Pro sensor reaches 42000 DPI and includes track-on-glass capability for use on varied surfaces. Combined with the polling rate booster, it provides the precision required for high-sensitivity competitive play. Users needing a lower maximum DPI ceiling or a sensor without glass-tracking can consider different models.

Questions about this item

How long do the optical micro switches last before they need replacing?

The ROG Optical Micro Switches are rated for 100 million clicks, so replacement is unlikely during normal use.

What limits continuous wireless play at the highest polling rate?

The 8000 Hz wireless polling rate increases responsiveness but will reduce the 70-hour battery life compared to lower rates.

How much heat or noise does the mouse produce during all-day sessions?

The mouse has no fan and generates negligible heat; the carbon fiber shell and glass feet run silently.
