ASUS ROG Strix G16 G615JHR-DS74-HID9P

This ASUS ROG Strix G16 G615JHR-DS74-HID9P is a gaming laptop built for enthusiasts who want a factory-customised machine. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. HIDevolution applies Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut on the CPU and Gelid GC Extreme on the GPU before dispatch.

PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage limits

The laptop uses PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSDs for its 8 TB of storage. This interface caps sequential throughput at the PCIe 4.0 x4 ceiling, so drives cannot exceed that bandwidth. Real-world speeds also depend on the drive controller and thermal conditions inside the chassis.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 with 8 GB GDDR7

The graphics subsystem centres on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 equipped with 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory. This GPU and its VRAM capacity determine the resolution and detail settings the system can sustain in modern titles.
