16-inch WUXGA 165Hz gaming laptop

The ASUS ROG Strix G16 G615JHR is a 16-inch Windows 11 Pro gaming laptop finished in Eclipse Gray. It runs on an Intel 14th Generation i7-14650HX processor with 16 cores and 24 threads, reaching a 5.7 GHz max turbo frequency. The system includes 128 GB of DDR5 5600MHz memory in dual-channel configuration and 16 TB of PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage across two 8 TB drives. Graphics are handled by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 with 8 GB GDDR7 video memory.

Built for heavy multitasking and high-refresh gaming

This configuration suits users who need large memory capacity and fast storage for content creation, virtualization or extensive game libraries alongside competitive 165 Hz gameplay. The factory-applied thermal interface upgrades on both CPU and GPU target sustained performance under load. Buyers seeking a lighter chassis, longer unplugged runtime or a higher-resolution panel should evaluate alternative models.

Ready-to-run platform with upgraded thermals

The laptop arrives with Windows 11 Pro installed, latest stable BIOS and drivers, plus completed burn-in and benchmark validation. Dual M.2 slots are populated, leaving no internal NVMe expansion room without drive replacement. Two SO-DIMM slots are filled with 64 GB modules, so memory upgrades require module swap. The 13.94 by 10.55 inch footprint and 6.02 lb weight define the desk space and carry load.
