Factory-Opened Upgrade and Inspection

Each unit is opened by engineers to perform upgrades and run in-depth testing before dispatch. This process reduces the chance of factory defects or cosmetic blemishes reaching the buyer. The original one-year manufacture warranty remains on unaltered components, while upgraded RAM and storage carry a separate one-year warranty. No user assembly is required.

Port and Connectivity Checklist

Verify that your peripherals can use the available ports: one HDMI 2.1 FRL output, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A connectors at 10Gbps, two Thunderbolt 5 ports, a 2.5G LAN jack and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. Wireless connectivity relies on Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) triple-band and Bluetooth 5.4. The laptop has no SD card reader and no optical drive.
