18-inch WQXGA 240Hz gaming laptop

The ASUS ROG Strix G18 G814FP combines an 18.0" 2560 x 1600 IPS-level panel at 240 Hz with an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX 16-core processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics. It ships with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate use.

PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage and DDR5 5600 memory limits

The 1 TB SSD operates on a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface, so sequential throughput tops out at the generation 4.0 ceiling. The 64 GB kit runs at 5600 MT/s in dual-channel mode; actual memory speed is subject to system capability and may settle lower. The RTX 5070 provides 8 GB of GDDR7 video memory for texture-heavy workloads.

Factory-applied thermal upgrades

HIDevolution applies Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut on the CPU and Gelid GC Extreme on the GPU before shipment, replacing stock paste for lower core temperatures. Each unit undergoes BIOS updates, burn-in stress testing, benchmark validation, keyboard, touchpad, port and display inspection. The laptop arrives ready to run with no end-user assembly required.
