18-inch Ryzen 9 laptop with RTX 5050

The ASUS ROG Strix G18 G814PH-ES94-HID16 is an 18.0 inch gaming laptop built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 graphics card with 8 GB GDDR7 memory. It runs Windows 11 Home and targets users who need high core counts and dedicated graphics in a large-screen portable system.

Liquid metal and Gelid paste upgrades

HIDevolution applies Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut liquid metal to the CPU and Gelid GC Extreme to the GPU, replacing the stock thermal interface materials. The change lowers component temperatures under sustained load, helping the 5.2 GHz max turbo frequency and the RTX 5050 maintain performance for longer periods.

96 GB DDR5 and PCIe 4.0 storage installed

The system ships with 96 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory configured as two 48 GB modules in dual channel, plus a 1 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD. Verify that your workflows can use the full memory capacity and that any external peripherals or docks you plan to connect are compatible with the available ports on this chassis.
