Professional upgrade service and port layout

The supplier opens the factory seal to install the memory and storage upgrades, then tests the system before shipping. This reduces the chance of factory defects but means the original packaging shows signs of opening. The chassis includes three USB-A 3.2 ports, one Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB-C 3.2 port, one HDMI 2.1 FRL output and an RJ45 Ethernet jack.

Power, dimensions and upgrade limits

The unit measures 15.71 by 11.73 by 1.26 inches and weighs 7.05 lbs, so confirm your bag or desk space can accommodate it. Verify that your peripherals match the available USB-A, USB-C, Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 connections.
