Questions about this item

Does the HDMI port on the ASUS ROG Strix G18 cap external display output at 240 Hz?

The laptop includes an HDMI port and a built-in 240 Hz panel; the external refresh limit depends on the HDMI version implemented, which is not detailed in the specifications.

What are the exact dimensions of the ASUS ROG Strix G18 chassis?

The chassis measures 15.75 in wide, 11.75 in deep and 1.4 in high, weighing 6 lb with a 4-cell 90 Wh battery inside.

How is the 64 GB DDR5 memory installed, and what slot mistake do buyers make?

The 64 GB ships as two 32 GB SO-DIMM modules filling both slots; the common error is buying a single 64 GB stick that leaves one slot empty and loses dual-channel bandwidth.
