Right-hand ergonomic mouse

The ASUS Starship FOXXRAY is a right-handed optical gaming mouse built for players who want a fixed shape with adjustable grip comfort. It connects through a 2.4 GHz wireless link or a wired USB cable and carries 16 physical buttons for extensive command mapping. The 113 g weight and compact footprint suit claw and fingertip grips during extended sessions.

Sustained click reliability

Huano microswitches rated for 10 million actuations keep the primary buttons consistent over long practice hours and tournament brackets. The 1.7 m braided cable resists snagging when the mouse is used in wired mode, while the optical sensor maintains tracking stability without acceleration artefacts. Software macros remain active across power cycles once programmed on Windows.

7200 DPI optical sensor

Six hardware DPI steps — 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200, 4800 and 7200 — let you match cursor speed to monitor resolution without interpolation. The sensor tops out at 7200 counts per inch, so buyers needing higher native sensitivity should look elsewhere. Only Windows systems can access the configuration utility for button reassignment and lighting profiles.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.7 m braided cable stay cool and quiet during all-day use?

The mouse is wired with a 1.7 m braided cable; it draws minimal power over USB and has no active cooling, so it runs silently and stays at room temperature.

What must I already own to use the 16-button layout and 7200 DPI sensor?

A free USB port on a Windows PC is required for the driver that unlocks the 7 programmable buttons and the six DPI steps up to 7200.

Will the adjustable grip and 113 g weight feel familiar next to my older right-handed optical mouse?

The right-handed shape, adjustable grip and 113 g weight are comparable to many classic optical mice, so muscle memory transfers easily.
