Tri-Mode Wireless Mouse M235 PRO 65g

The ASUS Tri-Mode Wireless Mouse M235 PRO weighs 65g and connects through 2.4GHz wireless, dual Bluetooth or wired USB-C. A PixArt PAW3212 sensor delivers up to 4800 DPI with a 1000Hz polling rate in wired and 2.4G modes. Sixteen programmable buttons and a touch scroll wheel suit both gaming and office workflows. Right-handed users get an adjustable grip style and a hollow honeycomb shell with RGB glow-through.

500mAh battery with USB-C charging

A built-in 500mAh cell powers extended wireless sessions and can be recharged via any USB-C cable while the mouse is in use. Turning off the RGB lighting significantly increases runtime between charges. The package includes a 1.8m USB-C cable and a USB-A adapter for immediate wired or 2.4G operation. Compatibility covers Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Android 5.0 or later.

16-button macro-ready layout

Sixteen buttons support remapping and macro programming through the official FMOUSE driver, which is verified safe and free of bloatware. A single click on the top button cycles through five DPI levels from 800 to 4800, while a long press controls RGB colours, modes or turns the backlight off without software. The hollow shell measures 4.7 x 2.4 x 1.3 inches and weighs .42 pounds.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.4 GHz receiver plug into the USB-A ports on my older desktop without an extra adapter?

A USB-A adapter is included in the box so the 2.4 GHz dongle works directly with legacy USB-A ports.

How can I confirm the PixArt PAW3212 sensor is running at 1000 Hz polling after I connect the mouse?

The official FMOUSE driver software displays the active polling rate; it will show 1000 Hz when the mouse is in wired or 2.4 GHz mode.

Does the package contain the 1.8 m USB-C cable and the USB-A adapter, or do I need to buy them separately?

Both the 1.8 m USB-C cable and the USB-A adapter are supplied; no extra purchase is required for wired or 2.4 GHz use.
