Questions about this item

What external display connection does the HDMI 2.0 port on the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 provide?

The HDMI 2.0 port drives an external monitor at up to 1920 x 1200 resolution. It supports a single additional screen for gaming or productivity.

Will the 165 Hz WUXGA panel and Radeon RX 7700S GPU still benefit from an older 60 Hz external monitor?

Yes. The internal 165 Hz display runs at its native rate while the external monitor operates at its own 60 Hz limit. Both outputs work simultaneously.

How can I verify the 16 GB DDR5 5600 memory is running at its rated speed after setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, click Memory and confirm the speed reads 5600 MHz. The BIOS also reports the memory frequency on the main screen.
