An AMD B550 ATX motherboard with Socket AM4 supporting up to 128GB DDR4 and integrated Wi-Fi
The ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS (WI-FI) is a Socket AM4 motherboard built on the AMD B550 chipset. It supports DDR4 memory up to a maximum capacity of 128GB. The ATX form factor fits standard desktop cases for gaming or workstation builds. Integrated Wi-Fi is included for wireless connectivity.
The board uses a robust power delivery design with military-grade components to handle sustained loads. Heatsinks on the VRM and chipset help dissipate heat during extended gaming sessions. Fan headers support PWM control for quiet operation at low speeds. Power draw scales with the installed CPU and memory configuration.
The TUF series features reinforced PCIe slots and a stainless-steel back I/O panel for durability. Included accessories are a CMOS battery, one SATA cable, a chassis I/O back panel and a WiFi antenna. The ATX mounting hole pattern aligns with standard chassis standoffs. No original packaging or additional accessories are supplied.

Mount the ATX board using the nine standard screw holes, connect the 24-pin and 8-pin power cables, then attach the supplied I/O back panel before securing the board — skipping the back panel is the common oversight.
The included CMOS battery will eventually lose charge; replace it with a new coin cell when the system forgets BIOS settings or the clock drifts.
The DDR4 memory ceiling of 128GB is the hard capacity limit; once populated, no further memory can be added regardless of workload.
