A liquid-cooled desktop with a 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X3D at 4.4GHz, RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7, 64GB DDR5, 1TB NVMe plus 2TB HDD and a 1000W supply
CPU AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D
Video Card Geforce RTX 5080
Memory 64GB DDR5
Storage 1 TB SSD + 2 TB HDD
The ASUS TUF GT302 is a new liquid-cooled gaming desktop built around a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor running at 4.4GHz and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card with 16GB GDDR7 memory. It targets players who want a pre-assembled Windows 11 machine ready for high-refresh 1440p or 4K gaming without selecting individual parts.
A 240mm liquid cooler handles the CPU while a 1000W power supply feeds the complete system. Storage combines a 1TB NVMe SSD for the operating system and key titles with a 2TB SATA III hard drive for bulk libraries. Four DDR5 slots are populated with 64GB total, leaving no empty slots for further memory expansion. WiFi and RGB lighting are integrated.
This configuration replaces an older desktop that struggles with modern ray-traced titles or heavy multitasking workloads. The jump is worthwhile when the current machine cannot sustain target frame rates at native resolution or when faster asset streaming from NVMe storage would change the daily experience. Builders who need additional internal drive bays or a larger radiator should look elsewhere.

Other versions of this model
The graphics card uses a PCI Express x16 interface. Bandwidth depends on the CPU and motherboard generation, so the practical ceiling varies by platform.
The 240mm liquid cooler requires space for a 240mm radiator and two fans. The GT302 chassis is designed to accommodate this cooler in the front or top mounting positions.
The 1TB NVMe SSD installs into an M.2 slot on the motherboard. The step people miss is removing the motherboard standoff screw before inserting the drive at an angle and securing it.
