Ready-to-play desktop for high-refresh 1440p gaming

This ASUS TUF GT501 system pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K 24-core processor at 5.7GHz with a GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 graphics card. 64GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD provide fast capacity for modern titles. A 240mm liquid cooler and 750W power supply support sustained loads. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Verify case clearance

The 240mm liquid cooler requires a chassis with matching radiator mounting points and enough internal space for tubing. Confirm your motherboard uses the LGA 1851 socket to match the installed CPU. The 750W power supply uses standard ATX connections; ensure your case accepts an ATX PSU. Four DDR5 slots are populated, so no memory slots remain free for expansion.

Fits a high-performance build centered on 1440p play

The RTX 5060 drives high frame rates at 1440p while the 24-core CPU handles streaming and background tasks. 64GB DDR5 eliminates memory bottlenecks in heavy workloads. The 1TB NVMe SSD holds the OS and a core game library; additional storage drives can be added for larger collections. Liquid cooling keeps the CPU quiet under load, freeing airflow for the GPU.

Questions about this item

Does the ASUS TUF GT501 include a liquid cooler and WiFi, or must they be purchased separately?

The system ships with a 240mm liquid cooler and WiFi already installed, so no separate purchase is needed for either.

Should I choose the 64GB DDR5 configuration or a lower capacity for the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K?

The 64GB DDR5 kit fills all four slots and matches the 24-core processor for heavy multitasking and gaming workloads.

What does the 5.7GHz figure mean for actual gameplay on the RTX 5060?

That 5.7GHz boost clock helps the 24-core CPU feed the 8GB GDDR7 graphics card quickly, keeping frame rates high in demanding titles.
