Ready-to-play ASUS TUF GT501

This new ASUS TUF GT501 desktop arrives with Windows 11 Home installed and all components tested. A 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 processor at 4.3GHz pairs with a Radeon RX 9070 graphics card holding 16GB GDDR6 memory. The 240mm liquid cooler keeps thermals in check while 64GB DDR5 RAM and a 4TB NVMe SSD provide ample headroom for modern titles and heavy multitasking.

Step up from air-cooled mid-range builds

The integrated 240mm liquid cooler replaces a standard air tower, allowing the 16-core CPU to sustain high clocks without thermal throttling. Builders moving from a 4-core or 8-core system gain the parallel throughput needed for streaming while gaming. The jump is worth it when workloads regularly saturate every thread and the GPU must feed a high-refresh panel without compromise.

AM5 platform with 750W headroom

The AMD AM5 chipset motherboard uses 288-pin DDR5 slots and supports the installed 64GB kit at speed. A 750W power supply feeds the CPU, Radeon RX 9070 and storage with room for future upgrades. Wired 2.5G Ethernet and integrated Wi-Fi handle network duties, while the case includes RGB lighting. Buyers who need a second graphics card or more than four storage devices should verify expansion limits before ordering.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 240 mm liquid cooler need inside the TUF GT501?

The 240 mm radiator mounts in the front or top of the TUF GT501; verify the chassis fan brackets accept a 240 mm unit before installation.

Which power cables must be connected to the RX 9070 during install, and what step is often missed?

Seat the RX 9070 in the PCIe x16 slot, then attach both 8-pin PCIe connectors from the 750 W supply; the missed step is forgetting the second 8-pin plug.

When should the 240 mm liquid cooler coolant be checked or replaced?

ASUS does not publish a service interval for the sealed 240 mm loop; monitor CPU temperatures and contact support if they rise unexpectedly.
