ASUS TUF GT502 Gaming Desktop

The ASUS TUF GT502 is a high-performance gaming desktop built around a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor running at 4.3GHz. It pairs that CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card featuring 32GB of GDDR7 memory. The system includes 64GB of DDR5 RAM and a 4TB NVMe SSD, all running Windows 11 Home. It targets enthusiasts who want a pre-built, liquid-cooled machine ready for demanding 4K gaming and heavy multitasking without assembly.

240mm Liquid Cooler and 1200W Power Supply

A 240mm liquid cooler manages thermals for the 16-core processor under sustained loads. The 1200W power supply delivers stable current to the RTX 5090 and the rest of the platform. Together they keep temperatures and noise controlled during extended gaming sessions while providing headroom for the full component set. The cooling solution is designed to maintain consistent performance without thermal throttling.

WiFi RGB and Windows 11 Home

Integrated Wi-Fi provides wireless network connectivity for flexible placement. RGB lighting allows visual customisation of the chassis interior and exterior. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and activated, so the PC arrives tested and ready to play. These features remove the need for separate OS installation or driver hunting, letting the buyer start gaming immediately.

Questions about this item

How is the 240mm liquid cooler installed on the Ryzen 9 9950X3D, and what step do builders often miss?

The cooler mounts to the AM5 socket using the supplied bracket; the step many miss is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before tightening the thumbscrews.

Which component will need attention or replacement first during long-term ownership?

The 240mm liquid cooler's pump and coolant are the primary maintenance items; plan to inspect for leaks or noise and consider a fluid refresh after several years.

What limit appears first when the RTX 5090 runs sustained heavy loads?

The 1200W power supply sets the ceiling; under prolonged 4K gaming the GPU and CPU together can approach that limit, triggering throttling before thermals do.
