True 4K HDMI Splitter

The ATEN VS4814 is a four-port HDMI splitter that takes a single HDMI input and duplicates it across four HDMI outputs. It supports true 4K resolution at 3840 x 2160 and is designed for digital signage, commercial displays, and multi-screen setups using consoles, notebooks, PCs, projectors, or monitors.

HDCP 2.2 and HDR10+ compliance

This unit handles HDCP 2.2 protected content and passes HDR10+ and 3D video signals without downgrading the image. EDID Sync™ maintains continuous handshake stability across all four outputs, preventing dropouts when displays are powered on or off independently.

Compact polycarbonate housing with USB power

The splitter draws power through a USB connection, reducing cable clutter and allowing it to run from a display USB port or a standard charger. Its lightweight polycarbonate shell fits easily behind screens or in equipment racks, and the accent lighting confirms active links at a glance.

Not for signal extension beyond 118.11 inches

The 118.11" maximum operating distance applies to the HDMI cable runs themselves; longer runs will require active cables or fibre extenders not included here. It also does not switch between sources — it only duplicates one source to four screens.

Questions about this item

How does the 3840 x 2160 resolution appear on each of the four connected displays?

What does HDCP 2.2 compliance mean for the HDMI interface in daily use?

The splitter passes HDCP 2.2 handshakes through all four ports, allowing protected 4K content from consoles, PCs or streaming devices to play without interruption on every screen.

What mounting options does the polycarbonate chassis provide for a permanent install?

The compact polycarbonate body includes integrated mounting brackets so the unit can be screwed to a wall, rack shelf or underside of a desk without extra hardware.
