Cartridge for P-mount turntables

The Audio-Technica AT81CP is a 0.6 mil conical phono cartridge designed for P-mount tonearms. It suits listeners who want a direct replacement for worn or missing cartridges on compatible turntables. The carbon and ABS construction keeps the moving mass low for stable tracking. This unit is sold new and includes a one-year limited warranty.

Check your tonearm mount before ordering

Verify that your turntable uses a standard P-mount (T4P) interface, as this cartridge will not fit half-inch or proprietary mounts. The stylus tip radius is 0.6 mil, so confirm it matches the groove profile of the records you play most often. The cartridge weighs approximately 0.21 oz, so ensure your tonearm can balance correctly at that mass. Buyers needing a different stylus shape or mount type should look elsewhere.
