Replacement stylus with a 0.3 x 0.7 mm diamond elliptical tip for AT95EX cartridges
The Audio-Technica ATN95EX is a replacement stylus designed for the AT95EX phono cartridge. It serves vinyl enthusiasts and archivists who need a direct, factory-matched refresh for a worn or damaged tip. The bonded round shank keeps the assembly light so the cartridge retains its original tracking balance.
The elliptical diamond measures .3 by .7 mil, a shape that contacts more groove wall than a spherical tip. This geometry extracts finer detail and reduces inner-groove distortion during everyday playback. The bonded construction means the diamond and shank move as one piece, simplifying installation without specialised tools.
A bonded shank cannot be re-tipped independently; once the diamond wears the whole stylus assembly must be replaced. The elliptical profile tracks lighter than a conical stylus but still demands a tonearm capable of accurate anti-skate and vertical tracking force settings. It does not suit cartridges other than the AT95EX.

The ATN95EX stylus is a direct replacement for the AT95EX cartridge, matching its original diamond profile and bonded round shank.
It clips onto the front of the AT95EX cartridge using the factory-fitted bonding shank; no screws or tools are required.
Hold the stylus by its plastic housing, align the shank with the cartridge slot, and press straight in until it clicks — never push on the diamond tip.
