16.14" 250lm monitor light bar for desk workers

This clip-on LED bar sits above a flat or curved monitor and directs light down onto the keyboard or reading area without reflecting off the screen. It suits anyone who spends long hours at a computer and wants focused illumination that reduces eye strain. The asymmetric optical design keeps glare off the display while lighting the work surface. It draws power from a USB port so no extra wall outlet is needed.

Touch control with three colour temperatures

The unit offers 2700k, 4000k and 6500k settings selectable by tapping the built-in controls. A memory function restores the last chosen brightness and temperature when powered on again. Rated life is given as one year of operation. Because it mounts on the monitor top, the bar adds no heat or noise to the desk environment and consumes minimal power from the host USB connection.

Counterweight clip fits 0.12–2.2 inch screens

The patented clip-on mount grips monitors from 0.12 to 2.2 inches thick without tools or a separate base, keeping the desk surface clear. Housing measures 0.9 x 16.14 x 0.9 inches in black finish. Indoor use only. Buyers who need a freestanding lamp with its own base or a model offering more than three fixed colour steps should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I clip the 16.14" light bar onto a curved monitor without it slipping?

The patented clip adjusts from .12 to 2.2 inches thick; tighten the counterweight screw until the rubber pads grip both front and back edges evenly.

When will the LEDs or the USB cable need replacing?

Rated life is 1 year; the integrated LED module is not user-replaceable, so plan on a new unit once output drops noticeably.

At what point does the 250 lm output start to dim during a long session?

The aluminium housing passively cools the LEDs; sustained use at 6500 K may trigger thermal throttling after roughly 2 hours, lowering brightness slightly.
