Retro typewriter design

The AULA F2088 is a full-size wired mechanical keyboard built around clicky blue switches and round steampunk keycaps. An aluminium top panel adds rigidity while a magnetic wrist rest gives palm support during long sessions. It connects by USB for stable gaming or office use.

Knob and lighting bundle

A multifunction knob handles both media volume and backlight control with a long-press mode toggle. Nineteen preset lighting effects are selectable and three custom profiles can be stored on M1, M2 and M3 keys. Dedicated FN shortcuts cover media playback, system tools and rollover switching.

Capacity and headroom

The 435 mm by 123 mm footprint fits standard desk space while the 38 mm profile keeps hands low. Blue switches deliver audible feedback suited to typing and gaming but the click sound may disturb quiet environments. Builders needing silent operation or wireless freedom should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How often will the blue mechanical switches need replacement under heavy daily use?

Blue switches are rated for tens of millions of keystrokes; typical users will not need to replace them for years.

What limits performance first during marathon gaming sessions?

The keyboard uses 6-key rollover by default; switching to N-key rollover via FN+SCRLK removes that limit.

How much heat or noise does the keyboard produce when running all day?

Clicky blue switches generate an audible click per keystroke; the aluminium panel stays cool to the touch.
