Questions about this item

How do I confirm the BN59-01391A remote is working after pairing it with my 2021 Samsung Frame TV?

Press the voice button and speak a command; the TV should respond on screen. Then tap each of the four shortcut keys — Samsung TV Plus, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ — and verify the corresponding app launches. The solar cell and USB-C port keep the battery topped up, so the remote stays responsive without disposable cells.

What comes in the box with the BN59-01391A and what must I supply myself?

The package includes the BN59-01391A remote itself. A USB Type-C cable and power adapter for wired charging are not included; you will need to provide your own if you wish to charge via the port instead of relying solely on the built-in solar panel.

My TV uses a BN59-01312B remote — should I choose this BN59-01391A or look for another version?

The BN59-01391A is listed as a direct replacement for the BN59-01312B (along with BN59-01312, BN59-01312A, BN59-01312F, BN59-01312G, BN59-01312M, BN59-01199F, BN59-01259B, BN59-01259E, BN59-01260A, BN59-01266A, BN59-01241A, BN59-01301A, BN59-01385A and BN59-01391A), so this single version covers all those model numbers.
