12-Pack Black Shower Chair

The AUTO-VOX SHC20 is a 12-pack of black shower chairs built for institutional and high-volume residential use. Each unit supports a maximum capacity of 500 lbs with a recommended user weight of 400 lbs. The plastic construction and aluminium alloy frame provide a rust-resistant, skid-resistant seat for elderly or disabled users.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The integrated frame design and widened structure maintain stability under continuous daily use up to the 500 lb limit. Stainless steel reinforced feet prevent rust stains and keep the chair secure on wet surfaces over time. Height adjusts in 1-inch increments to fit most tubs without compromising the frame's load-bearing integrity.

Tool-Free Installation

Assembly uses a push-and-click connection that requires no tools, allowing quick setup for all 12 units. Removable arms and backrest offer a 4-in-1 configuration so each chair can be tailored to individual needs. The lightweight frame makes daily repositioning simple for caregivers and cleaning staff.

Questions about this item

How stable does the 500 lb capacity frame remain when the chair is used all day in a wet shower?

The aluminum alloy frame with widened base and skid-resistant feet is rated for 500 lbs and a 400 lb user limit, so it stays rigid and secure during extended daily use.

What existing bathroom fittings are needed before the 12-pack chairs can be used?

Each chair stands on its own adjustable-height feet; no wall brackets, plumbing changes or additional hardware are required — just a flat tub or shower floor.

Will the removable arms and back let me keep using my current shower caddy and grab-bar layout?

Yes — arms and backrest detach independently, so you can configure the chair around existing caddies, grab bars or a 360° swivel seat if you have one.
