AUTYUE CW902 Gaming Mouse for Competitive Play

The AUTYUE CW902 is a wired optical gaming mouse built around a PMW3389 sensor with a maximum resolution of 3600 dpi. It targets FPS and MOBA players who want on-the-fly sensitivity switching through three preset levels of 1200, 2400 and 3600 dpi. The seven programmable buttons include a double sniper key on the thumb side designed for quick macro access during matches.

Simple USB Setup With RGB Behaviour to Note

Installation is plug-and-play across Windows, macOS and Linux with no driver required. The RGB lighting cannot be fully disabled; a long press of three seconds only dims it to a low-light mode where a red flash still occurs when the honeycomb sensor detects hand pressure. DPI reverts to 1200 each time the host device restarts, so the preferred level must be reselected after every reboot.

Check Port Availability and Button Layout Preference

Verify that a free USB-A port is available for the wired connection. The side buttons are positioned higher than on many mice to reduce accidental clicks, which may feel unusual for users accustomed to a forward-thumb rest. The coating is described as a frosted nano-porosity finish intended to limit temperature rise during long sessions.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the PMW3389 sensor is tracking at the chosen DPI after setup?

Press the DPI+/- button; the RGB flashes red to confirm the change, and the sensor cycles through 1200, 2400 and 3600 dpi with each press.

What accessories are included and what must I provide?

The box contains the CW902 wired mouse and a user manual; no extra cable, software disc or feet are supplied.

Which DPI preset should I pick for FPS versus MOBA play?

Use 1200 dpi for FPS anti-shake stability or 3600 dpi for MOBA acceleration; the mouse defaults to 1200 dpi on restart.
