Two-adapter pack for USB-C hosts

This pack supplies two USB-C male to USB 3.2 female adapters, each 15 cm long, letting laptops, tablets and phones with a Type-C port accept standard USB-A peripherals. The short pigtail keeps the connection close to the chassis and avoids cable clutter on tight desks. Travellers and remote workers gain instant compatibility with flash drives, keyboards, mice and hubs without carrying a bulky dock.

Plug-and-play expansion for Thunderbolt 3 or 4 ports

Each adapter seats side-by-side on a MacBook Pro 2022 or 2020, Dell XPS 13 or 15, Chromebook Pixel, Huawei MateBook or Galaxy S23 Ultra, freeing the remaining ports for power or video. The aluminium shell and nylon-braided tail resist bending stress when the host is moved. No driver installation is required; the OTG function activates as soon as a peripheral is inserted.

Sustained 10 Gbps throughput under load

The USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface maintains up to 10 Gbps while transferring large video libraries or backups, avoiding the thermal throttling that cuts cheaper dongles to USB 2.0 speeds after a few gigabytes. Robust aluminium housing dissipates heat from the controller during extended sessions, so write performance stays consistent from the first file to the last.

Questions about this item

Will the 10Gbps speed hold up during long file transfers without throttling?

The aluminium housing is designed to dissipate heat so the adapter can sustain its rated 10Gbps throughput during extended use.

Does the adapter get hot or draw noticeable power when left plugged in all day?

The short 15cm braided cable and aluminium shell keep temperatures low and power draw minimal during continuous operation.

Which host ports are required for the adapter to function at its rated 10Gbps?

A USB-C port that supports USB 3.2 or Thunderbolt 3/4 is needed to achieve the full 10Gbps data rate.
