Avantalk 8-Channel 5V Relay Module 4-Pack
Four boards each switch eight circuits up to 250 V AC or 30 V DC at 10 A from a 5 V microcontroller
- Controls up to 250 V AC or 30 V DC loads at 10 A each
- Optically isolated 8 channels protect microcontrollers from high-voltage spikes
- Low 15-20 mA drive current works with 3 V-5 V logic devices
- Four boards in one pack for multi-zone smart-home or PLC projects
- Power and per-channel status LEDs show relay state at a glance
4-Pack 8-Channel Relay Modules
This pack contains four identical 5 V relay boards, each providing eight independently switched channels. They are intended for hobbyists, students and engineers building microcontroller-driven automation such as smart-home lighting, appliance switching or PLC-style control panels.
Compatibility checklist
Verify that your controller can supply 15–20 mA per channel at 3–5 V logic levels and that the 5 V rail can deliver the total coil current for all active relays. Confirm the load you plan to switch stays within the 250 V AC 10 A or 30 V DC 10 A contact ratings and that your enclosure provides adequate creepage distance for mains voltages.
Upgrade path
The modules replace discrete electromechanical relays or smaller-channel-count boards by integrating optocoupler isolation, drive transistors, freewheeling diodes and status LEDs on a single PCB. The jump is worthwhile when you need eight optically isolated channels per board with both normally-open and normally-closed contacts selectable by jumper.

Questions about this item
What comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to use it?
The pack includes four 8-channel 5V relay modules. You will need a 5V power supply and a microcontroller such as an 8051, AVR, PIC, DSP, ARM or MSP430 to drive the control pins.
How do I choose between the normally open and normally closed contacts on each channel?
Each relay provides both a normally open and a normally closed contact; a jumper on the board selects which one is active for that channel.
What does the 10A rating mean when I connect a real load?
Each channel can switch up to 10A at AC 250V or DC 30V, so mains appliances up to 220V and low-voltage loads up to 30V are supported within that current limit.
