Product Identity

The AVerMedia BIGMOUSEPAD ELENA is a square mouse pad with a black finish, built for users who want a stable, low-friction surface for everyday desktop work or gaming sessions. Its soft cloth top layer and non-slip rubber base suit both optical and laser sensors.

Thermals, Noise and Power

As a passive fabric accessory the pad generates no heat, draws no power and produces no audible noise during normal use. The rubber underside keeps it fixed in place without adhesives or mechanical fasteners.

Sustained Load Behaviour

During extended periods of rapid mouse movement the ultra-smooth surface maintains consistent glide and tracking accuracy without developing wear patterns. The premium rubber construction resists curling at the edges and retains its flat profile over time.

Questions about this item

How do I install the AVerMedia BIGMOUSEPAD ELENA so the anti-slip rubber base actually grips the desk?

Wipe the desk area clean of dust and oils, then press the pad down firmly from the centre outward so the full rubber base makes even contact; any trapped debris or moisture under the rubber is what causes it to shift later.

What maintenance will the super glow fiber and soft cloth surface need over time?

Lightly vacuum or lint-roll the cloth weekly, and spot-clean with a damp microfibre cloth and mild soap when the glide feels gritty; avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals that break down the fibres.

At what point does the ultra-smooth surface show wear first during long gaming sessions?

The high-contact zones under the mouse feet — typically the centre and lower-right — lose their initial glide feel first as the soft cloth fibres compress, while the rubber base and edges stay intact much longer.
