Six-piece dual-tip set

This water-brush pen set contains six refillable units with three pointed tips and three flat tips in small, medium and large sizes. It is designed for watercolour, gouache and acrylic techniques as well as calligraphy and mixed-media work. The leak-proof barrels let artists control water flow by squeezing gently, removing the need for a separate water container.

Twelve-colour capacity

The package includes twelve colours, giving enough variety for layered washes, blending and detailed line work. The fine-point bristles handle intricate details while the flat tips cover broader areas, but the set does not extend to larger wash brushes or specialised shapes. Users who need a wider palette or very large brush heads will need additional tools.

Nylon bristles and leak-proof barrels

Each pen weighs 0.092 kilograms and features durable nylon bristles that hold their shape and rinse clean in seconds. The piston mechanism delivers drop-by-drop control to prevent puddles, and the barrels seal tightly for pocket carry. The ergonomic grip suits extended sessions, while the compact profile fits in a small bag for plein-air or classroom use.

Questions about this item

Will the six pens work with my existing water-soluble pencils and inks without needing extra cartridges?

The set contains three pointed and three flat nylon tips in small, medium and large sizes that accept water, ink or powdered pigment directly from the barrel.

How can I verify the piston mechanism is delivering a steady drop-by-drop flow before I start a painting?

Fill a pen with water, hold it tip-down and gently squeeze the barrel; a controlled drip with no puddling at the tip shows the valve is working.

Which tips are included in the pack and do I need to buy any separate brush heads?

The boxed set supplies six refillable brush pens — three pointed and three flat tips covering S, M and L sizes — so no additional heads are required.
