Complete Meditation Toolkit

The Avid LEE-Fiada-142 set includes seven silk cloth O-ring cushions and three mallets designed for crystal singing bowls from 6 to 12 inches. Cushions provide stable support while the rubber striker, hollow sheepskin-covered stick and solid sheepskin-covered stick produce varied tones. The 2.4 pound kit suits sound meditation and relaxation practices.

Seven Cushion Sizes and Three Mallets

Cushions measure 5.3, 5.7, 6.1, 6.69, 7.28, 7.68 and 8.27 inches to match bowl diameters across the 6 to 12 inch range. The rubber mallet is 7.87 by 1.57 inches, hollow sticks are 7.87 by 1.1 inches and the solid stick is 8.07 by 0.91 inches. This range covers most standard bowls but offers no sizes beyond 8.27 inches.

Silk Fabric and Wood Handles

Each cushion uses handmade embroidered silk brocade for grip and colour while mallets feature wood handles with rubber or pure sheepskin heads. Sheepskin colour variation is normal. Buyers needing cushions larger than 8.27 inches or mallets without wood handles should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 5.3-inch cushion hold my 6-inch singing bowl without wobbling?

The set includes seven silk brocade O-ring cushions sized 5.3, 5.7, 6.1, 6.69, 7.28, 7.68 and 8.27 inches, designed to accommodate bowls from 6 to 12 inches so the smallest ring supports a 6-inch bowl.

How can I check the rubber striker mallet is striking cleanly after I unpack it?

The rubber striker measures 7.87 by 1.57 inches; a clean strike produces a clear, sustained tone without buzzing, confirming the mallet face is flat and the wood handle is secure.

Which mallets come in the box and do I need to buy any separately?

You receive three mallets — one rubber striker with wood handle (7.87 x 1.57 in), one hollow stick (7.87 x 1.1 in) and one solid stick (8.07 x 0.91 in), all sheepskin-covered — so no extra mallets are required.
